Customer Service Coordinators (Russian speaker and/or other Asian languages)

Belzona Asia Pacific are looking for a dynamic, pro-active individual to join their Customer Service Team at their Laem Chabang facility in Thailand.

Belzona is one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of industrial coatings and polymer repair composites.

Reporting to the Regional Manager the successful candidate will also work closely with the Business Development teams, UK Export team, UK Finance team and the UK QHSE team.

The Customer Service Coordinator will receive orders from Belzona customers through various channels and process them in accordance with Belzona procedures; the coordinator will also effectively handle a wide range of incoming enquiries from Belzona customers, distributors, consultants, and dealers. These enquiries will be processed directly or assigned to the relevant parties when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries
  • Assist Business Development with market research and sales analysis
  • Utilize the Belzona CRM and ERP Systems to manage all relevant information
  • Disseminate information, orders, sales leads, quotations, and general enquiries to the relevant department
  • Process incoming purchase orders supporting customers at each stage of the process
  • Issue Proforma invoices and monitor payments
  • Check export procedures regarding any restrictions (embargoes) or special trade agreements
  • Administrative support to the Business Development Team / Administration Teams when required
  • Support Marketing, Corporate Development and Business Development teams during online events and webinars as and when required
  • Receive quality complaints and coordinate their processing with the relevant parties.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working within a Sales Office or Customer Service environment
  • Proven experience in international Logistics and Import/Export (preferably with Dangerous Goods)
  • Experience within an administrative support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good level of proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working within a large organisation is preferable
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers to ensure positive working relationships
  • Excellent organisation skills with a high attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple objectives at any given time
  • Ability to interact effectively with different nationalities and cultures
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in a second language (Russian and/or other Asian language)
