Belzona International Ltd. recognises that its customers are the most important part of its business and to this end seeks to provide customer satisfaction as a minimum and as an objective aims to achieve customer delight.
In order to realise this objective, it is necessary that everyone within the organisation, from top management down, is committed to enforcing the requirements of the Company's Quality Management System and works to both continually improve its effectiveness and verify its ongoing suitability.
Belzona's Quality Management System is based upon the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, and the policy and procedures associated with it form the framework for both establishing and reviewing quality objectives, and also measuring performance against them.
The systems which have been implemented provide all necessary controls to ensure that, as a minimum, the Company's products and services conform both to specification and to any agreed contractual conditions which may be imposed by customers.
These systems are documented within the Company's Quality Manual and the Technical Director has full responsibility and authority to implement and maintain the systems detailed. Requests for possible amendments to the Quality documentation, as part of the Company's continuing improvement policy, are to be made to the Technical Director for consideration and, as necessary, implementation.

Belzona's aim is to set an example of leadership in the field of environmental management by helping to conserve the environment through both its own internal controls and by the work it does to assist other organisations in meeting their environmental responsibilities. As part of achieving this aim, the Company is proactively looking at energy and water saving measures, waste minimisation, an increase in recycling, pollution prevention and conservation of man-made resources.
In order to realize this goal it is imperative that everyone within the organization, from top management down, is committed to enforcing the Company's Environmental Management System and work to both continually improve its effectiveness and verify its ongoing suitability.
The system which has been implemented, and dovetails in with Belzona's quality and occupational health and safety systems, provides all necessary controls to ensure that the Company complies with any legal requirements and all others to which the organization subscribes.
This system is documented within relevant Procedures and Work Instructions and the Technical Director has full responsibility and authority to implement and maintain the processes detailed.
