The Belzona® 4211/4221 system combats water escaping from, or permeating through, masonry structures. Water seepage is a constant problem that can lead to serious hazards and structural damage.
Belzona's Negative Pressure Waterproofing System seals leaks and hydrostatic seepage without the need for external excavation. This system is comprised of two products, Belzona® 4211 (Magma-Stop) and Belzona® 4221 (Magma-Seal).
Belzona® 4211 (Magma-Stop) is a rapid setting material for stopping leaks even under pressure on brick or cementitious structures. When mixed with water, this dry powder formula solidifies in 2-3 minutes to stop hydrostatic water flow.
Belzona® 4221 (Magma-Seal) is a protective barrier coating for preventing water seepage through porous concrete, brick, masonry and stucco surfaces, forming a tough, flexible and water impermeable barrier.
Both products possess optimum adhesion, resilience, flexibility, toughness, durability and weatherability.
